(# 17 & 19)The Ranch House, with two rooms, is a value for the family staying at our Colorado Inn. Attic ceilings, small windows and bedroom doors for privacy. First room has one double bed and bathroom, second has two double beds and bathroom. Sleeps 6.

(# 16 & 19)These two guestrooms are perfect for a family with older children or teens. Parents can have privacy in a deluxe kingbed with mountain views, sitting area, and full bathroom. Kids are right next door in one of the ranch house attic rooms with two double beds and bathroom. This space has slanted ceiling and small windows. Sleeps 6.

(# 18 & 20)Will sleep up to 10 people. These two creekside guestrooms are for families who like to vacation together. The larger family suite (# 18) has two queen beds plus one double bed in a separate bedroom, mountain views, spacious bathroom and mini fringe. Sleeps 6. Adjoining # 20 has a private outside entrance and two queen beds and bathrorm. Sleeps 4.
