Colorado Inn Policies
Rates – are per room per night single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Each additional person is $12 per night, children 12 and under no charge. Two-night minimum stay required on Saturday nights. Holidays and special events may require 2-3 night minimum stays.

Deposit Policy – We respectfully require a 50 percent deposit guarantee to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy – There is a $15 cancel fee per room for all canceled reservations. With three (3) days notice in advance of arrival a full refund less a $15 service fee will be made. If less than 3 days is given, the deposit is forfeited. We will do our best to resell the room (s). If we can, a full refund less a $15 service fee wil be made. Guests are responsible for payment of nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure.Payments by cash or check preferred. Visa or MasterCard, Discover & American Express are also accepted.
Check-in is between 3 and 7 pm unless advance arrangements have been made with the innkeeper.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Children are cheerfully welcomed.
Smoking is permitted outside the Inn. The restaurant, guest rooms and lobby areas are non-smoking. Thank you for considering other guests.
Television - At this time there are no televisions in the guest rooms, although TV is available in the bar and in the upstairs lounge.
Pets - We accept small dogs under 25 lbs. Rooms 1 - 4 are on the main floor and are designated for pets. There is a $15 fee for pets. Pets mush be on a lesh at all times and are not allowed in the dining room or common areas. Please do not leave your pet alone in the room. Please be considerate of other guests. Pets are not allowed during the ski season.
Room Description:
1 & 3: Smaller value rooms with high windows (no view), queen bed, shower bath, and sleeps 2
2 & 6: Deluxe family, large sunny creekside, mountain view, a set of bunk beds, king bed and full bath. Mini fridge, sleeps 4.
4: Deluxe room on main floor, 1 queen bed, creekside, mountain view and full bath. Sleeps 2.
